| The Administration branch of the Church is the structure under which the daily business of managing the Church is conducted. Church Management is made up the Lead Pastor, Administrator, Visionary Team, and Management Teams.The role of the management structure is to ensure that all teams, volunteers and support staff are aligned with the mission of the Church, receiving adequate training for quality and effectiveness, growing spiritually, and not blocking any other team, volunteer or support staff in mission.
The Visionary Team and the Management Teams are made up of voluntary positions filled by dedicated church members who are committed to the vision and mission of Bethany Lutheran Church.
The Visionary Team determines major policies of the Church, commits the Church to significant changes in heritage, attitude, leadership, organization, property and indebtedness, discerns the signature ministries of the Church, and ensures the DNA boundaries and broad policies of the Church are acknowledged in every team.
The Administrative Team manages Church assets (money, property, and technology), overseeing budget development, maintenance, and stewardship.They administrate the operating budget of the Church and a capital pool for “seed money” to initiate new mission.
The Human Resources Team acts as a personnel committee in charge of employment and termination of paid staff and development of employment policies.
The Family Life Team plans and organizes ministry for children, youth, and families.
